How to Extract Pages from a PDF

Someone needs only page 3 of a long contract, or you want to share a single page of a statement. Sending the whole document shares far more than necessary.

Quick answer

Open the PDF, click the pages you want in the thumbnails, and download them.

Step by step

  1. Open Split PDF.
  2. Drop in your PDF. A thumbnail is created for every page.
  3. Click the pages you want. They do not have to be next to each other, for example pages 2, 5 and 9.
  4. Click "Download selected". One page downloads as a single PDF. Several pages are packed into a ZIP, with each page as its own PDF.

Tips

  • Check the thumbnails to confirm the page before you download, instead of counting page numbers.
  • Want the selected pages as one document? Join them afterwards with Merge PDF.
  • Sharing only the pages that were asked for also keeps the rest of the document private.
