By accessing our website and using our PDF and image tools, you confirm that you accept these terms.
2. The service
editpdf.tools provides PDF, image and video tools. All tools except Edit PDF run in your browser. Edit PDF (Pro) uploads your file for processing; see our Privacy Policy for details. You keep ownership of your files.
3. Subscriptions and payments
We offer Free, Pro, and Business plans. The $2 Pro Trial gives Pro access for exactly 72 hours as a one-time pass with no automatic recurring charge. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled from your account; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
3a. Advertising on the free plan
The free plan is supported by ads. If an ad blocker is detected on a tool page, you may be asked to turn it off for this site before you continue using the free tools. Paid plans remove ads.
4. User conduct
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems, other users, or the payment flow.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add or remove features, and may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". Always keep a backup of important documents. Our visual signature tool adds a drawn signature image to a PDF and does not provide cryptographic certificate signing. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
