What you can write to us about
One email address covers everything. The more detail you include, the faster we can help, so each topic below lists what is useful to mention.
Payment or subscription problems
If money was deducted but your plan is not active, or you were charged twice for the same plan, write to us with the email address of your account and the payment or transaction ID. You will find the ID in the payment confirmation or on your bank statement. Our Refund Policy explains how failed and duplicate payments are handled.
Business plan and custom pricing
Business starts at $100 per month and includes 12 seats on monthly billing or 15 seats on yearly billing, with no file size limit. The final price depends on your use case. Tell us your team size, which tools you use most and any special requirements, and we will reply with a quote. See Pricing for the plan comparison.
API access and integrations
If you want to connect our tools to your own product or workflow, describe what you want to build and roughly how many files you expect to process. We will tell you what is possible.
Report a bug
A short, specific report is the easiest to fix. Please include:
- which tool you were using and what you expected to happen,
- what actually happened, and any error message you saw,
- your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone,
- the type and approximate size of the file, and a screenshot or screen recording if you can.
Please do not attach confidential documents. Describe the file instead, and we will ask for a sample only if it is really needed.
Account, plans and cancellation
For login problems, a password reset that does not arrive, or questions about your plan, write from the email address on your account. Paid plans can be cancelled from your account, and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Privacy requests
To access, correct or delete your account data, email us from the address on your account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Feature requests and feedback
Tell us which tool you were using and what would make it better. Requests that come with a real example are the ones we can act on fastest.
